"BOLT SENSOR" that quickly transforms a bolt into a load sensor.

Convert bolt strain (μST) to axial force (N)! Load data transfer is possible once per N shots (with MIN).

The "BOLT SENSOR" is a product that transforms bolts of size M6 and above into load sensors. When used with the load monitoring monitor and SET, it issues alerts in case of malfunction detection. PiezoBolt is a load sensor that incorporates a piezoelectric sensor unit embedded within a bolt that meets JIS standards. Tension load sensor

Inserted into the measurement section in a bolt type. The measurement load ranges from a minimum of 0.4 kN to a maximum of 250 kN. The shaft diameter of the measurement section is 12 to 50 mm.

Because it is a bolt type, it can be easily replaced if existing products are mounted on the fork head. Additionally, the ease of installation can reduce costs when upgrading the load cell.
